Bluebird Services Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 1988 and started its operations in the cities of Delhi and Mumbai.
However within a few months , we quickly added other metros to our network. Bombay was opened first, in January 1988 and Chennai and Calcutta followed soon after in quick succession. From being a purely express operator, Blue Bird was diversifying into cargo carriers. At the end of the first year, the company had a network of 7 stations . Expansion, in terms of stations in the network, people and revenues, grew rapidly over the next few years . |
